Delivery & Returns

1. No Refund
   1. No refund is allowed for any purchase you made with the Shim Project.
2. Return of Delivered Products
   1. You are allowed to return the purchased product within seven (7) days from the days of receipt of the product on the following condition:
      1. all manufacturing defects;
      2. broken;
      3. damaged or
      4. incorrect product as opposed to the purchase.
   2. Except for condition stated in 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 2.1.3 of the above, there shall be no return nor refund for any purchased item.
      1. We do not accept any products which have been used.
   3. For damaged glass ware products, you are required to immediately snap a picture upon receipt of the products and email us at info@theshimproject.com
3. Returning Method
   1. In the event that the purchased product falls under paragraph 2.1:
      1. you are to inform us immediately at info@theshimproject.com of the following:
         a) that you are returning the product to us;
         b) the reason of returning as per paragraph 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3 or 2.1.4
      2. You must inform us by way of email and return to us the product as per paragraph 2.1 within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product; and
      3. During the return:
         1. You are to fill in the Return Form and state the reason of return as per paragraph 2.1;
         2. We reserve our right to deny any return of the delivered products:
            a) if you fail to inform us as per paragraph 3.1.1;
            b) your failure to fill in the Return Form;
            c) the Return Form is incomplete.
   2. We reserve the right to deny the return of products delivered to you if we are not informed prior to the act of returning as per paragraph 2.1 of the above.
   3. The product must be return in ‘as-new’ condition together with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
   4. For avoidance of doubt ‘as-new’ shall mean the following:
      1. the condition of the product stated in paragraph 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 2.1.3 above must be discovered and return to the Shim Project within seven (7) days of receipt;
      2. The address to be returned to is the following:

      3. In furtherance to paragraph 2.2.1, the product which you are returning shall not be used in any way and must be in the original condition when you received it.
4. Returning Expenses/Costs
   1. Any expenses or costs which may incur for the returning of the products stipulated in paragraph 2.1 above shall be fully borne by the purchaser.
