This brush can be used to spread the flour evenly on the baking board, remove excess flour from the bread and to clean the work surface. With its wide stretch of bristles, this brush makes it easy to sweep up fine flour or any dry ingredients used during your baking process.
Care instructions: With a little simple care, the brushes will age beautifully. Clean the brushes with dishwashing liquid and warm water. Let them dry with the bristles facing down. Oil the wood from time to time with food grade oil using a cloth. Let the oil soak well into the wood before using the brush again.
